Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Manager- Midwest Region

AIC is a leading provider of both OEM/ODM and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) and server and storage solutions. With expert in-house design, manufacturing and validation capabilities, AIC's products are highly flexible and configurable to any form factor, standard or custom.

AIC  is expanding midwest regional business and have a business manager position available for hire. This position is a remote position in Midwest regions with preferred locations in following cities: Chicago, Milwuakee, or Minneapolis

Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop new opportunities.
• Carry out corporate strategy and tactics in the assigned market.
• Provide sales plan, forecast, and reach an assigned goal.
• Maintaining & monitoring project status, quality, etc.
• Ability to learn and adapt market trend, technology/product knowledge, application, and competition.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in the related business.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience.
• Technical knowledge of Server Storage will be a plus.
• Willing to travel 30% of the time in the US and/or internationally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great presentation skill and proficiency in MS office.
