Required Skills: 2 years experience in each: Molecular genetics research in neurogenerative diseases; Cell Culturing; Cellular Transfection; Flow Cytometry; Mitochondrial Bioenergetics; Intracerebral Transmission of Viral Vectors; Laser Capture Microdissection for Genetic Analysis; Preparation of Cell & Tissue Samples for RNA-seq; smRNA-seq; ChiP-seq; Single Cell Sequencing; ATAC-seq; BLISS & mass-spec analysis. Education or experience must include bioinformatics analysis of high-throughput biological & genetics data, computational and bioinformatics methods, development/customization of software applications for scientific needs. Background check with review of conviction history required.
